Optimum Design of Blank Dimensions Guided by a Business Compass in the Machining Process

Blanks, an important raw material for the manufacturing industry, are semi-finished products further processing. The energy consumption and processing efficiency in process of blank production use can be determined to a great extent design stage. appropriate dimensions is means realizing ecological civilization. Current designs seldom consider conditions enterprises. In order energy-saving efficient blanks on basis actual enterprise, this paper establishes dimension optimization model from perspective business compass. With savings as goals, use-process equipment parameters variables, were optimized by NSGA-II algorithm, results showed that designed significantly better than existing enterprise operation.
